Grooming and service here are very good even though it’s more expensive from the store nearby. I am happy that they asked for vaccinations and details about the pet so you can rest assure that it is cleaned and safe for your pet. Sometime though when they are pack busy, they didn’t dry the fur properly
Rude customer service on cashiering . Just want money to pay and go! Jess I guess her name didn’t even say thank you for shopping !! Just ignoring me and instead pretending to do paper work!! First time shopping here since It’s convenient to the Sofitel Hotel that I’m staying came all the way from Australia for holiday and not recommending this place! I rather take my money elsewhere. Not a happy place all about money not customer service . Pls train your staff to smile and acknowledge customer wether they buying or not.

The pictures before cutting and after cutting. What kind of hairdresser is this ? How can they cut the Samoyed dog like this, so ugly, can not be accepted. I can’t recognize my dog. I ask them to cut the hair shorter and this is the way they do. So terrible.
Gave my bichon a poodle cut. They shaved the entire snout which shouldn’t be done in bichons! I also availed sanitary cut only but they shaved his snout. And they asked 450 for dematting which was not included with the receipt.
Services: Grooming and issuance of Vet Health Certificate to 3 dogs and 1 cat.

(+) well trimmed, followed specific instructions
(-) no fragrance/cologne used.
(-) Lost our cat's collar. They did not safe keep it while grooming.
Vet Certificate: 0/5
(Super negative) waited for almost 3 hrs despite several follow ups.. lack supervision, only one employee knows how to operate the computer and that same person is the cashier, does not know how to prioritize.
(-) multiple revisions of the certificate - 4 times (wrong data input, wrong spelling, missing characters)
(-) Veterinarian settles to issue certificate even though the data was wrong, asking me to consider that they have already printed 4 times.
(-) Not apologetic on their mistakes, Vet even questioned me why I did not asked for the certificate while my dogs were groomed. Well in fact I asked for it but their cashier advised to have it done after the dogs were groomed.
(-) I told them about my negative experience but still no apology just silence and guilty stare😮💨
They should improve their management and train their staff well.
Everything you need for your fur babies are here. They also have a vet and a grooming area. They sometimes go on sale but make sure you check the expiry of the sale items as I've noticed some are already expired. Overall, I love this store.
Daming kulang na supplies na meron sa maliliit na pet store pero wala sa kanila. The guard is not that approachable and the staff are not familiar with the name of the supplies you're asking. No one will iniate to help you find something
